Stealthy, but can't attack with impunity[]
Note that, while its stealth may afford the element of surprise in an attack, it will probably not be able to attack with complete impunity. Its torpedo range is matched or exceeded by the water vision of every other t2 ship (except the Bulwark, Mermaid, and other Barracudas), as well as battleships, meaning that it will be seen (and subject to counterattack) when attacking, regardless of stealth.
