| During the summer months, the bed of the Strip Mine floods, preventing the colonists from getting much work done. Recently, the colony has cut off all communication with the UEF, and any signals sent by the Coalition have been ignored. The state of the system and its colonies remains unknown. | |
Flooded Strip Mine is an official skirmish map from Forged Alliance and is the Naval oriented version of Strip Mine. There are several colonies located in the area played in, and most are probably mining colonies.

- Likely for a better experience, the high plateaus on the bed of the original map that contained a small air staging base have been removed.
